Hello Everybody!! So I guess as you noticed my name is Ashley! =) I have decided to make a blog following my fitness journey and hopefully encourage people to join in with me and reach their fitness goals and dedicate their life to being healthy!
I began my journey around a year ago weighing in at around 150 pounds! (Im 5’6 btw) Yes, I know that is not alot at all but I new I wanted better for myself and wanted to develop healthy habits to take with me throughout my life! After a year of ups and downs, restarts, and trying not to give up I now finally reach my goal weight of 125-130 pounds! =)
Now I am starting a whole new journey to get fit and toned before SUMMER!! =) I am not looking to lose anymore weight, I just want to get nice and tight!
I would love to have some people join in with me and reach your goals too! No matter how much you have to lose, how tall you are, or what your personal goals are, we are ALL working on acheiving a better lifestyle! So follow me on my journey and join in and we will help each other achieve our goals! Im here to help anyone! =)

Woke up with a brand new attitude this morning!! NO MORE FALLING OFF THE WAGON!! Im serious and dedicated! Started off the morning with a yummy/healthy breakfast and just got back from a long run! Ahhh I feel so refreshed! Feels good to be back! =)
